If your tracking
information did not show up or it stated "INVALID" -
The number may be incomplete or entered with dashes. Verify the
tracking number was accurately entered.
The shipment may not in the
FedEx system yet. Try tracking again in a
few hours.
Most orders are
shipped the same day we receive them. Custom orders such as those
requiring engraving may take us a little longer. Orders received after 2:30 PM CST
are shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend
will not ship until the following Monday at the earliest. Please allow us at least 48 hours
to ship in stock merchandise. If, after three
or more business days, you have not been notified by e-mail
that your order has been shipped, please feel free to email
or call 1-281-477-6534 (or 1-281-384-1474 after hours) for your
order status or tracking information.
Items
which are not in stock at time of your order will typically be back in
stock within 5-10 business days. Backordered items are shipped when we
receive them. You will not be charged until the item has been shipped.

days to receive your order (depending on where you live in the US and your
shipping method).
