Our competitors, start with higher listing fees and add charges for picture fees, gallery fees, scheduling fees, reserve fees and more. Then they charge you 'Final Value Fees' (some as high as 50% of the selling price), 'Payment Transaction Fees' and other fees which cut into your profit.

At Groove Gal Auctions, we've taken a different approach.

• All listing fees, except the reserve fee, are included in our tiered Listing Fee Packages. No hidden charges.

• Our Final Value Fee is a competitively priced tiered flat fee based on the final selling price and includes all sales fees.

•  If by chance your item does not sell, there is no Final Value Fee.

Services.  All packages include the following basic services.

• Research value of similar items at auction. Collection of historical data from seller.
• Assist you in pricing your items to get you the maximum value.
• Professional quality photographs. Free Gallery listing.
• Descriptive and informative auction listing. Premium listing times.
• Monitor auction and respond to prospective buyer questions.
• Invoice buyer. Arrange and process payment to completion.
• Payment of eBay listing/insertion, final value and payment processing fees.

• Ensure proper packaging, handling and shipment of item to buyer (70 lbs or less and 130 inches or less in girth).

• Coordination with buyer and seller for shipment of larger items. (Note 1)

• Follow through to buyer and seller satisfaction.

• Personalized, prompt, professional service.

• Competitive fees.

Fees.  The cost of selling an item is the Listing Fee plus the Final Value Fee, as listed below.

* The Reserve Fee is refunded when your reserve price is met and your item sells. If your item does not sell, this fee is not refunded.

1. Examination. For large items, please call us first for personalized attention. We will work hard to accommodate your needs. We may come to your home or place of business to examine the item, take pictures and make out an auction contract. We may be able to sell the item, without disassembly and without you having to bring the item to us. In such cases, Groove Gal Auctions will coordinate pick-up or shipping schedule with you and the buyer. Home or place of business examination is limited to Conroe, Spring, Willis and The Woodlands.
